JOURNEY TO ADULTHOOD Now that they have been on their Pilgrimage they are called YAC (Young Adults in Church)
During the two years of J2A, teens will learn and practice six basic skills of adulthood: active listening, negotiation, assertion, research and information management, partnership and leadership. The end of their second year will be marked by the group’s designing and going on a Holy Pilgrimage.
The group made their Pilgrimage to Glacier National Park in June of 2022.
Now as the post-pilgrimage group, they are called YAC, young adults in church. Their first get together and meal was one of their favorite from their pilgrimage – spaghetti tacos! The YAC group will be studying different religions.
